Meal preparation, special diets, light housekeeping, laundry, and shopping connected to authorized ADL/IADL needs.
- Support with Community Participation:
Assisting individuals in acquiring, retaining, and improving skills to use available community resources and increase independence and community participation, consistent with authorized services
- Community transportation & access:
DSP transportation to authorized community destinations and activities connected to the individual’s ISP and ADL/IADL support needs.
- Skills Training - ADL/IADL:
Support designed to increase an individual’s skills in completing specific ADL/IADL activities tied to identified goals in the ISP.
- Support with Communication:
Assistance with acquiring, retaining, and improving expressive and receptive communication, social responsiveness, and interpersonal skills when authorize
- Cognitive assistance & disability-related support:
Reassurance, orientation, memory support, assistance coping with change, and decision-making support when identified in the ISP.
