Oregon Private Care is a leading provider of in-home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities in the Portland Metro area. We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Supervisor to join our team and lead our client care services.

Job Details:

As a Client Care Supervisor, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality in-home care services to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and our high standards are exceeded. You’ll lead a team of caregivers, provide guidance and support, and foster a culture of excellence and compassion.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate care services for clients, including scheduling, assignments, and quality assurance.
• Lead a team of caregivers, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Conduct regular home visits to assess client needs and caregiver performance.
• Develop and implement care plans, and review with clients and caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in caregiving or a related field.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• CNA or relevant certification.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
